We recommend hand washing separately with mild, chemical free, bio-friendly laundry powder in cool water, and air and wind drying in a shaded area to retain and preserve the natural fibres in the fabric. This will mitigate shrinkage and extend the life of the garment 🕊

We use organic fabrics cultivated without the use of artificial fertilizers and chemical pesticides. We source organically and ethically grown fabrics around India and work with local tailors and designers. • Linen has become the most popular fabric choice online, and looks great both ironed and wrinkled. Linen is completely organic with no synthetic additives. Linen is a great material to fight against the heat
• Cotton is a timeless fabric that works in all seasons
• Hemp is emerging as one of the most popular fabrics for consumers because of its eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable nature. The fabric is soft to the touch and feels like the earth on your skin
• Bamboo fabric has a similar softness to silk and is most suitable for tropical climates because it naturally wicks away moisture from the body, keeping sweat off your skin and helping you stay cool and dry. Bamboo textile is naturally antimicrobial and helps keep bacteria at bay. Bamboo is very breathable, wrinkle-resistant and quick to dry.
Bamboo is 40% more absorbent than cotton, and can take in three times more water than its weight which once made into a fabric, means that it also is able to get rid of moisture faster.
Colour
We follow an authentic method of traditional dyeing. Thus you may experience gradual colour bleeding upon the first few washes of your naturally dyed garment. Unlike chemical dyes this will only add to the aesthetic and individuality of your garment.
To mitigate fading, we recommend air and wind drying in a shaded area, and hand washing separately in a bucket of cool water with mild laundry powder.

Care & Washing Instructions
Your garment deserves special care. In order to preserve the natural fibers, mitigate shrinkage and extend the life of your garment, we recommend you follow the provided care and washing instructions:
Don’t mind the smell! Its the natural odor of linen and cotton and will fade very soon. We recommend separately hand washing in cool water with a mild laundry powder, air and wind drying in a shaded area. Your garment has been recently dyed, and you might find some chalk markings too, which come from the tailors. But all of this will leave the fibers of the material over the first few washes. This is because we do not treat our fabrics with chemical preservatives and synthetic fragrances. Both are harmful to the skin and lungs. We strive to follow traditional processes. One more reason why our is for the conscious consumer like you! Enjoy the natural material on your skin without the worry of harmful additives :)
• Do nut rub the fabric
• Do not soak or bleach
• Hand wash preferred to machine wash
• Use soft, mild detergent
• Turn inside out for washing, drying, ironing
• Do not dry under direct sunlight
• Do not tumble dry. Use only warm iron
