This is a fuller bodied white made from the ancient Greco varietal. Slightly savoury and creamy, yet refreshing enough to pair well with rich dishes. With notes of preserved lemon, orchard fruit, white pepper and black tea, it has enough depth to not be lost with heavier foods, and enough acidity to prevent it from being cloying. The slightly smoky, tannic flavour of the black tea notes work well with richer poultry and light game meat.
