This is not a physical garment or pattern and nothing will be mailed to you. Nadia is a QUICK no-show underwear pattern with several options. The no-show style is perfect for workout leggings, dresses, work pants, and more! Adult Nadia Features: •Made for non-roll knit fabrics. •Choose from a thong or cheeky style. •3 rises in both options: low, mid, and high rise. •The front is cut on the fold, so only have a back and crotch seam. •The crotch and liner seams are all enclosed for comfort and a professional finish. •The waist and leg seams are left raw so they are super quick to sew. •Timelapse videos of sewing both thong and cheeky options. Sizes (includes both imperial and metric measurements): •Fits natural waist sizes: 23″-57″ or 58.4-134.6 cm •Fits high hip sizes: 29″-63″ or 73.6 – 160 cm •Fits full hip sizes: 34″-64″ or 86.3 – 162.5 cm Skill level: •Beginner Suggested Fabrics: •Main fabric must be a NON-ROLL KNIT. Meaning if you cut the fabric the edges do not roll. •The fabric needs 50%-75% stretch. I prefer 12%-20% (or more) lycra/spandex. •Nylon spandex, athletic knits (Supplex, poly-spandex blends, nylon-spandex blends, etc), circular knit, etc. •Double brushed poly, rayon blends, cotton lycra are all NOT recommended. They will roll, stretch out during the day, and feel too big. •Liner fabric can be cotton lycra, t-shirt jersey, bamboo, or soft knit fabric. I prefer a breathable, natural fiber for my liner. Notions: •Basics: thread, pins or clips, scissors, ruler, rotary cutter.
