About Gonzales Luxury Lingerie After graduating for Applied Arts and Fashion Design in Hamburg, Spanish Carmen Gonzales started out as a costume designer for German film and theatre and then as an illustrator in printed media. With experience gained, Gonzales designed her first small ready-to-wear collection, but launched her own successful brand later, in 2006. Over the years, Gonzales has developed a very unique and strong signature style that she uses to design her luxury lingerie collections. Influences from Fine Arts and graphic illustration can be found in every collection. Her lingerie designs are elegant and sensual, entirely handmade from first-class European materials in her studio on Gran Canaria and partly in the small ateliers in Barcelona. Gonzales luxury lingerie is meant to give self-confidence to the wearer, the feeling of exclusive lingerie on the skin is an unmatched empowering feeling and her lingerie compliments the female lines in a highly unique way. Gonzales has won several awards for her designs, including the Talent of Intima Contest in 2016. Carmen Gonzales has also collaborated with several well-known brands, among others with Aurelia Gil from Victoria Secret for the bridal collection. All her luxury lingerie collections are handmade in a very limited edition and inspired by strong, iconic women.
