The heavy duty fitness mat is perfect for gymnastics clubs, fitness and leisure centres, home etc. and are ideal for balancing, stretching, massaging and light floor exercises as well as judo, karate and other martial arts. They are waterproof so, they can be used outside and are available with or without 2.5cm Velcro hook and loop extensions along the sides for linking together to form a large area. Constructed from a high density recycled chip foam and covered and bonded with a heavy duty PVC fabric, available in either 2.2cm or 3.2cm thicknesses. All corners of the mat are overlapped, heat welded and sealed to ensure a longer life span. The base of the mat is made from a superior reinforced latex anti-slip base. Available in a variety of sizes, colours and with or without 25mm Velcro hook and loop
