Print for use in bathroom or area where drains will be emptied. In 2009, I made my own form, because none was provided to me. I would record my drainage in my Excel file, print it and take it to my follow-up appointments. In December I was with my sister for her Left Mastectomy and I decided to revise this form. It took me a while to get it done!!
